Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, and payment is processed you will then receive an email confirming the details of your order, and order number.

Processing Time

We strive to process all orders within a time frame of 3-10 business days depending upon order size, and availability.  We take the upmost care in creating and packaging your floral statement piece, however, during high volume periods, such as holidays, and new collection drops please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to ship. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Expected Delivery:

To our United States friends! You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 5-15 business days.

Our promise is ensure your package makes it to you as soon as possible, however, we can't always promise exact shipping times. If you have a specific date in mind, please feel free to reach out before making your purchase. Also, please note that rush deliveries might carry an extra charge. 

International Shipping:

Any customs or import taxes that might pop up during delivery, will be the buyers’ responsibility. Unfortunately, customs are out of our control, and becuase of this we are unable to account for any delays these processes might cause. We appreciate your patience!
