Welcome to The Charming Stylist. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, registering for a workshop, or using any services provided by The Charming Stylist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or completing a purchase.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Charming Stylist. “You,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any website visitor, purchaser, workshop participant, or user of our products and services.

Products and Services

The Charming Stylist offers handcrafted faux floral décor, wreaths, garlands, custom floral creations, creative workshops, and related products and services.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, materials, dimensions, designs, and other details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and material availability.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, placement, shape, size, and floral composition may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and make every design unique.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

The Charming Stylist reserves the right to:

Modify prices at any time
Discontinue products or services
Limit the quantities available for purchase
Correct pricing, inventory, product-description, or typographical errors
Refuse or cancel orders containing incorrect pricing or product information

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted or can be fulfilled.

Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information when placing an order or registering for a workshop.

The Charming Stylist is not responsible for delays, missed communications, booking issues, or delivery problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any changes to your contact, billing, or shipping information.

Order Acceptance

The Charming Stylist reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion. This may include orders affected by suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, product availability, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase or workshop registration unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

We may use third-party providers to process payments, appointments, registrations, or bookings. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s separate terms and privacy practices.

Custom Orders

Custom orders include personalized, commissioned, made-to-order, or specially requested products and designs.

By approving a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

The requested design details have been reviewed and approved by you
Floral and material substitutions may occur due to supplier or seasonal availability
Handmade items may contain slight variations
The finished product may not be identical to inspiration photographs
Custom orders are final sale

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun—or materials have been purchased—the order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Workshops and Events

Workshop registrations are governed by our Sip & Style™ Workshop Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy.

By registering for or participating in a workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is voluntary
You are responsible for following all safety instructions
Workshop projects may vary slightly from promotional photographs
Floral varieties, colors, and materials may be substituted based on availability
Workshop details may be modified when reasonably necessary
You are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information

The Charming Stylist reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify a workshop due to insufficient registration, instructor illness, venue issues, severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If The Charming Stylist cancels or reschedules a workshop, affected guests will receive the options outlined in our Sip & Style™ Workshop Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy.

Workshop photography and recording are governed by the acknowledgment or media-release terms presented during registration or event check-in.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and related requests are governed by the applicable return or workshop policy published on our website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing these policies before completing a purchase or workshop registration.

Sale items and custom products are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Charming Stylist is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather or natural disasters
Labor disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete customer addresses
Carrier service interruptions
Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their shipping information before completing an order.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. If a package is lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us so we can assist with the available carrier claim process. Assistance with a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Product Care and Outdoor Display

Customers are responsible for following all care, display, cleaning, and storage instructions provided by The Charming Stylist.

While certain floral pieces may be suitable for display in protected outdoor areas, they are not completely weatherproof or fade-proof.

The Charming Stylist is not responsible for fading, discoloration, deterioration, or other damage resulting from:

Improper handling, cleaning, or storage
Prolonged exposure to direct or intense sunlight
Rain, moisture, humidity, or excessive heat
Strong winds, storms, or harsh weather
Pet or pest damage
Normal wear and tear
Failure to follow the provided care instructions
The use or improper application of third-party cleaning or protective products

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on or made available through this website—including logos, branding, product designs, workshop materials, instructions, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, downloads, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to The Charming Stylist.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Charming Stylist.

Purchasing a product or registering for a workshop does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce our designs, materials, or content for resale or commercial use.

Reviews, Testimonials and Customer Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

The Charming Stylist will obtain permission before using identifiable customer photographs or videos for marketing purposes unless permission has already been granted through a workshop registration, media release, contest entry, written agreement, or other form of authorization.

We reserve the right to remove customer content from our website or platforms if it is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, booking platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, or other services.

The Charming Stylist does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, terms, policies, or practices of third-party services. Accessing or using a third-party service is at your own discretion and may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Charming Stylist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

Product purchases or use
Workshop or event participation
Delayed or interrupted shipments
Product or material availability
Third-party platforms or services
Unauthorized access to customer information outside our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Charming Stylist’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product, workshop, or service directly related to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Workshop Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Charming Stylist regarding your use of our website, products, workshops, and services.

The Charming Stylist Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to The Charming Stylist mobile messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional, personalized marketing, and informational text messages—including SMS, MMS, and RCS messages—from The Charming Stylist at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include promotions, product and workshop announcements, cart reminders, order confirmations, and order updates.
